Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of garthstead.com and any services provided by Gor LLC, operating as Garthstead.
Garthstead provides a lead response system for local service businesses: a website, lead-capture forms, notifications, a lead dashboard, hosting, and ongoing support, delivered as a paid setup fee plus a recurring monthly subscription.
Standard pricing is $299 setup and $149/month. Additional pages, integrations, or workflow requirements may be quoted separately in writing before any additional work begins.
Early-client offer: clients who sign up on or before September 1, 2026, up to the first 10 paying clients (whichever limit is reached first), are eligible for a reduced rate of $149 setup and $99/month. The $99 monthly rate remains locked for as long as the subscription stays continuously active. If a customer cancels their subscription, the $99 rate is not guaranteed if they sign up again later; then-current standard pricing may apply instead. Eligibility for the early-client offer ends automatically once either the client limit or the signup deadline is reached, whichever happens first. In exchange for the early-client rate, we ask the customer to provide an honest review after the first 30 days and to allow Garthstead to reference real, approved results in a case study; a positive review is never required, and we will not publish a customer's name, testimonial, screenshots, or performance data without that customer's explicit permission.
The setup fee and the recurring monthly subscription are billed separately. The setup fee is due before configuration work begins; the monthly subscription begins once the system is live.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future monthly billing; it does not refund fees already paid unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Garthstead does not guarantee a specific number of leads, a specific increase in revenue, or search engine rankings. The system is designed to help capture and organize inquiries a business already receives; it does not create demand by itself.
